Meet Andrew Schafer

I’m Andy Bevier Schafer; I was raised in Northwest Arkansas, and grew to love Northwest Florida.  I take the responsibility of helping people plan and improve their lives very seriously. - Whether that’s buying the home of their dreams, selling and capitalizing on their hard-earned equity, or building passive income through investment properties.

After working customer service jobs for more than 15 years, I joined my mother in real estate in 2020, and service both Northwest Arkansas and the Emerald Coast of Florida. I enjoy learning about rental income opportunities and property management in vacation destinations. I am passionate about supporting our growing local businesses, encouraging people to unplug and enjoy the pleasantries and quirks of the world immediately around them. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, mining, and cooking (mostly eating), and like to go biking, kayaking, harvesting oysters, and day trips to the beach or forest.

I measure my life on the impact I have on the lives of others, building relationships, balancing oppositional demands, and collaborating resources with a high level of commitment. I utilize my experiences with people to anticipate needs, improve negotiations, and connect-the-dots between peoples’ aspirations and day-to-day life. I’m excited to meet more people, hear their stories, and move forward together.
